SOLAR & SECURITY PRODUCT INFORMATION
Vort-X Solar & Security High Performance Film was developed using state of the art technology to provide prime, luxurious, durable and environmental friendly products. Our films are catered to achieve maximum heat rejection, which in turn will reduce damages caused by harmful ultraviolet rays.
Vort-X Solar & Security High Performance Film is used to enhance the durability of windows by applying our specially formulated adhesive to increase adhesion to glass surfaces. This will further enhance the durability of the window, which in turn complicates or prevents forced entry by intruders.
Our Security Window Film is also able to reduce or prevent injuries caused by glass fragments should the window be shattered due to accident, an act of vandalism, forced break-in or natural disaster.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
AUTOMOTIVE
- The Solar & Security High Performance Film is under warranty for a period as mention at ‘Warranty Expiration Date’.
- Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer hereby warrants Vort-X Solar & Security High Performance Film against bubbling, cracking, peeling, decolourisation, delamination and demetalisation throughout the period of warranty. Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer further warrants that Vort-X Solar & Security High Performance Film complies with the requirements of Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 (amended in 1991) with regards to the Visible Light Transmission (VLT).
- In the event of warranty repairs, the vendor shall undertake replacement of the defective film, subject to the verification and approval of Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer Warranty Department.
- Incidental and consequential expenses or damages such as telephone calls, car rental, hotel bills, loss of time, inconvenience or commercial loss are not covered in this warranty.
- Claims must be made within 30 days of the occurrence of damage or defect on the window film by presenting the vehicle to Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer or any of its authorised dealers / distributors at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- All claims must be accompanied by the warranty card bearing the serial number and vehicle information. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INVALIDATE THIS WARRANTY.
- Any damages or repairs cannot be claimed under this warranty if the vehicle is already covered by another warranty or guarantee issued by vendors or distributors not authorised by Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer.
- Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer and vendor’s liability under this warranty in whatsoever circumstances is limited to the cost of the window film fitted on the vehicle only.
- Neither Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer nor the supplier shall be liable for damages that is resulted by :
- Damage to the film subjected by abuse to the product, unauthorised repair or improper cleaning (e.g scratches after the car is received by the customer)
- Damage to the film caused by repair of other parts of the vehicle.
- Adding on any other type of layer on the original window film.
- Neither Service Outlet / Authorised Dealer nor the supplier shall be liable for any injury, loss of lives, or any consequential expenses or damage from any event of accident or break-in or from whatsoever circumstances.
PROCEDURES FOR WARRANTY CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase at the time of the request, including the original tax invoice for the installation by SHJ Auto Sdn. Bhd. and a completed e-Warranty form, as claims cannot be processed without these documents.
PDPA TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the form provided by SHJ Auto Sdn. Bhd. (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your agreement with the details entered therein, including compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) or any applicable data protection laws. By submitting the form, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) hereby agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit the form.
